        A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our Amazon or third-party seller facilities. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

            Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
            In the original packaging.
            Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to our address.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

        Customized or Personalized Items:   
            Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for a customer.
        Gift Cards:
            These are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        Final Sale Items:
            Any items designated as “final sale” or “clearance” which are explicitly stated as non-returnable.

Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
